ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Karuna animal welfare trust, Bengaluru, dept. of AH&VS, Ponnampet and Veterinary Hospital, Gonikoppal jointly organized one day anti rabies vaccination campaign at KVK Gonikoppal on the eve of Basava Jayanti on 20th May 2024. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. A S Shantesh (retired), CVO Ponnampet and Dr. Chandrashekar (retired) AD, Gonikoppal.

In the camp, the pets from Gonikoppal and neighboring villages were brought for Anti Rabies vaccination. Around 107 pets got vaccinated along with deworming. Dr. Suresh S C SMS, KVK Gonikoppal and Dr. Bhavishya Kumar, CVO Gonikoppal coordinated the programme.
